Henry made unauthorized $2800 charge against my debit card. I had authorized $280 for one month of the medicine I ordered, then all of a sudden the $2800 charge appeared, supposedly for some sort of annual charge. This was in addition to the smaller one month charge I had authorized

You made a fraudulent and unauthorized charge against my card as some sort of “up front” yearly charge that was never discussed. That needs to be immediately reimbursed. It looked like your company was legit, but I was wrong.

If you like to constantly be let down by mistakes that leave you without your medication and no empathy for your experience of withdrawals, then look no further. This company has messed up the timing of my bloodwork/mandatory appointments and medication delivery three times. Further, they won't even make an exception for their mistakes and send the medication prior to the 3 month appointment when it was their fault. Finally, they've messed up so many times that have caused medication delays, that I have now paid for an entire month without receiving anything. All that was offered was $50 credit. How about crediting for the entire month since I didn't receive my medication. I have been with Henrymeds for a year, but now I'm done.

Not only did my order take a long time to ship but it was delivered to the wrong location. As of Friday Sept 6 my tracking status was still “processing”. When I checked Saturday night it had jumped to “delivered”. Completely bypassed “shipping” as status and never received a email. When I followed the tracking link it took me to FedEx where it said my meds were delivered on Saturday August 23rd. And had a picture of the bottom of a front door that wasn’t mine. My telehealth visit was August 21. How could my meds be delivered two days later? Obviously not my tracking information. I had previously done a chat on my status being in process so long and that was way after August 23rd. And it was never mentioned that my order was delivered. This is very frustrating. The only thing that has been uneventful was Henry Meds taking my payment. Since it was after hours on Saturday when I saw the tracking I have to wait until Monday morning to call and hope for some sort of help.

My prescription is a month over due and I can not get ahold of anyone and still have not received a call back.

Tried adding a testosterone subscription several times with different cards and none of them work and no one knows why. Yes there is money on them.

Henry meds is completely sneaky and fraudulent with their charging. They will continue to charge you after you have canceled your subscription. I would not order from this company ever again. Because because of their sneaky charges, they got $400 for me for absolutely nothing.

They don’t schedule appointments until I’m already out of medication. This results in me missing my first dose every time they send me more medicine. My doctor told me she doesn’t care about the numbers and adjusts medicine based on how I’m feeling and she didn’t even ask how I’m feeling. This bothers me a great deal. How do we have a medical “professional” making opinions based on how the patient feels instead of the numbers from the test results. I believe she should be blackballed from the medical industry.
