The practitioners are super easy to talk to, appointments are painless, and prescriptions get filled quickly and delivered fast. There are options to lower your dose/cost when you just want to maintain. I did have one notable difference in product quality. One out of my three deliveries had really rough side effects that paused me from taking it. The next delivery was fine. I tried another dose from the batch that was making me sick before tossing it to make sure it wasn’t anything else, and the side effects hit hard again. To be fair, I didn’t report it so I don’t know if they would have done anything. Other than that, the experience has been great.

The company is fast and helpful. The Doctors are nice and informative. The experience was great as far as getting the medicine. I have been working closely with a doctor in an attempt to get better results. The only negative I see so far is that I haven't gotten the results I had hoped for. The doctor is currently working with me on a different plan of action. My fingers are crossed.

Four stars instead of five because I wish the Henry Meds portal could enable communication between customers/clients. We're not all on Facebook, and some of us refuse to be on ANY social media. My Experience with Henry Meds: Initially I was afraid HM might be one of those scam sites, even though a search turns up great reviews. I was also afraid when, one month after first contacting HM, my credit card was charged a second time, yet no renewed subscription was on the way. However, I calmed down because a close look at the medication I still had on hand showed that there was plenty left, so I was needlessly panicking. (It's part of why I'm obese; I'm an emotional eater.) My mind was further put at ease when Henry Meds sent an email saying my renewal was coming up. Don't panic: A few weeks will pass before you get a "It's time! Here's what to do" email from HM. So when the "it's time!" email came, I followed the instructions, had an online meeting with my Nurse Practitioner, and the next day HM notified me that my second subscription was being processed. Second subscription instead of renewal because I wanted something stronger; my HM Nurse Practitioner listened; she HEARD ME. As for the obesity medications themselves, my first subscription did exactly what my Henry Meds NP (as well as AI Internet searches) said it would do. In other words, HM did not sell me fake or watered-down medication. The medication worked and it worked well. With my experience thus far with Henry Meds, I'm confident my second prescription will also do what it's supposed to do. Speaking of which: You have to do your part. Follow the advice that Henry Meds offers. You can download lots of HM literature that's chock full of legitimate information on the medication that's prescribed for you, and what you must do to help the medication help you. So, again, one star off because I wish the HM website allowed communication between clients who prefer to avoid social media like the plague; otherwise it's a great big giant behemoth Godzilla five stars for Henry Meds.

So far so good! I’ve had refill issues in the past, so I am hoping it doesn’t happen this time. But, aside from that, the TrT cream has REALLY helped and I feel much better.

For my initial intake phone appointment, I found the PA I spoke with was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and clear.

The nurses are the best and love them. They listen to your questions and ask you several to make sure everything with the medicine is going well. All of the nurses that I have spoken with to seem to care about your health while you are on this journey.The business side for me has been a little frustrating at times.
