The first 3 months with regular exercise I lost 18 pounds and I was thrilled. The next month supposedly on the same medication I did not lose a single pound I added 5000 steps a day and an extra day of weight training. Month 5 cut back calories. To date $1800. for the initial 18 lbs. of weight loss. I think they sent a watered down version of the medication.

Room for Improvement
It could be good and some services are great. I have had to call every time when my lab work is coming due. They don’t provide enough time to schedule an appointment with Quest, then wait on results, then get an appointment with the provider and then to fill the prescription. I have missed several doses because of that and it would have been later had I not called and forced them to rush it.

Thank you for the review. We are currently in the process of revisiting our TRT program in order to improve the patient experience. We acknowledge that we must do better!

They Would not take an existing TRT…
They Would not take an existing TRT patient.
Their rep said they required specific bloodwork that my existing endocrinologist does not check, since I have been on TRT for several years. They also did not offer the AI medication that i use.
I highly recommend they take existing TRT patients. Why you would effectively turn down new, cash pay patients in beyond me.

GLP-1 pills, a waste of money!
I subscribed to Henry Meds for GLP-1 medication because I wanted to take pills instead of injections. I’ve been using the prescription for almost two months now, and honestly, it’s been a waste of money.
The process itself was easy, though. You meet with a physician (or a nurse can’t remember) to review your health history and make sure you’re eligible for the medication. Once you’re cleared, they send the meds by mail. For me, since I was moving to another state, they expedited the shipping, and I got the meds in a few days. I was sent meds for two months!
Here’s the problem: I was charged for one month during Labor Day, and I got a discount, which was great. But for the next month, they charged me after the discount period ended, so I didn’t get the discount for that month.
The bigger issue is that despite following the same diet and exercise routine, the meds didn’t do anything for me. I actually gained five pounds instead of losing any weight. I got these meds to help kickstart weight loss because I was stuck, but it didn’t help at all. I feel like they give you such a low dose that you’re basically paying without seeing any results. Save your money – at least for the tablets. Maybe the injections work better.

No dosage instructions on your account…
Edited:I have switched to the injections and been losing weight with it. Lost 4 lbs in 10 days. Dosage instructions are on the bottle as well.
No dosage instructions on your account online. If you are able to keep the paper that comes with the meds safe, you are good otherwise heaven can help you.
I tried the oral medicine for a month and gained a pound. Zero reduction in appetite or cravings. I am trying the shots now and am so disappointed that they didn’t even tell me in advance to put the vial in the fridge as soon as I got it. I was out for the day and when I got back I j the night , the frozen packs were completely thawed and warm. Had I been warned about the refrigeration requirement, I would have made sure to be at home when the package was delivered.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. For future reference, dosing instructions are available in the patient portal as well as on the prescription box itself. Tracking information for your order is also located in the portal. Since the pharmacy ships the medication via UPS or FedEx, please check your email, including your spam folder, for notifications from one of those carriers.

There were things that were not…
There were things that were not mentioned in any of the preliminary internet communications that would have been very important to know. Such as: your BMI REQUIREMENTS - which are Different from others I have seen. my BMI WAS LOWER BY YOUR STANDARDS and I could not get the dosage strength I wanted. PLUS: nowhere was I told beforehand that it would cost $100 more a month for a "high dose" of medication. I can het these meds for less money elsewhere and will be cancelling my "subscription" with you.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to be transparent, and all pricing, including the cost for higher doses, is listed on our website at henrymeds.com.
In any clinician visit, the provider uses their medical training to balance the potential benefits of a medication with its possible side effects, which can sometimes result in not prescribing a certain dose. However, it's very important to us that our clients always feel respected and informed throughout the process.

I’m currently taking semiglutide with a…
I’m currently taking semiglutide with a private MD. It’s very expensive so a friend told me about Henry Meds. I looked at their site and found I’d be saving about $200 a month to switch. I’m on the highest dose of 96 units which is medically within parameters for this medication. The NP that I saw told me that I would not be able to dose at that level That I would have to start off at 1 mg each week times two weeks before I could go to 2 mg. Now, why would I go down in my dose when I’ve been taking the dose of 2.4 mg each week x several months? And why would I go down in the dose at all? She said I could switch to another drug, but then it would be $497 a month I told her that the advertising is misleading- there’s ZERO mention of dose restrictions. Additionally, I question why they require payment for the drug prior to the visit with the practitioner I would not recommend Henry meds They are misleading And how can you trust a company that misleads? Btw I’m a nurse with 30 years experience. I’m still working. I know and understand the responsibilities of our healthcare system. This was wrong.
I’m not sure what else you want me to say other than you advertise that it is $297 for a one month supply of semiglutide. You never talk about a dosage restriction I am currently seeing a Board certified MD. I was looking to save money and I heard about this plan I have been taking 2.4 mg every week which is the equivalent of 96 units I was told today that the max dose is 2 mg and I would have to start off taking 1 mg times two weeks before I could even go to 2 mg which I’m absolutely not willing to do Number one why do I have to go down for two weeks before the max dose you Rx? And she even said to me that she wanted to make sure I understood this before she went on eluding to the fact that your advertising is misleading. She told me she could switch me to another medication, but then that would be $497 which I’m not interested in. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for medication before you know if you’re even going to be prescribed it. Because now I have to wait for a refund that could take 2 to 3 days. It seems that if a MD is rx’ing the med based on guidelines for the drug - that Henry meds should be doing the same

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We'd like to address a few points.
The upfront payment is collected for a couple of reasons. First, it helps reduce no-shows, ensuring our providers have more availability for those in need. Second, as a telehealth service, it acts as an additional layer of ID verification. However, we do offer a 30-Day Guarantee with a full refund if the treatment plan isn't right for you, so you can feel secure in your decision.
Regarding dosage, Henry Meds provides up to 2mg per week, as medically appropriate, with the option for an additional cost. We strive to be transparent about all pricing, and the costs are listed on our website. The dosing approach is designed to ensure safety and effectiveness, following standard medical guidelines.
We appreciate your feedback and are happy to answer any further questions. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

I was told my meds would take 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. They arrived a few days after the initial call but I wasn’t notified or did not see a notification that they were being shipped and delivered. It was over 110 degrees outside and the meds came in melted ice packs.im not sure how long they went without refrigeration. I’m hoping the meds are still ok to use.

Thank you for the review. The pharmacy sends your medication via UPS or FedEx, so please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for tracking notifications from one of these shippers. Unfortunately, Henry Meds doesn’t automatically send shipment updates, as we’re not the originating shipper and don’t have that capability.
As for the medication concern, please reach out to Care Coordination at 909-787-2342, Mon-Sat 8am-5pm PST, and they'll be happy to assist you!
