I signed up about a year ago. Everything was fine for the first 2 shipments of glp meds. Then the shipments stopped. When I contacted them they said that the glp stuff was no longer considered in shortage so they could no longer do the once a week shot stuff. They offered me the once a day shot stuff. They had charged me 5 times (monthly) for 2 shipments. They said no refund because I didn't cancel. I didn't want to cancel, THEY said that they couldn't ship me the glp once a week stuff, not me. So I say give me credit for what they did not ship me and send me the new once a day shot glp. Weeks later I get a shipment of no meds, just needles. A month later I contact them to let them know I never got the meds. They say tough luck, I waited to long to let them know. How would I know that the shipment I received was not all that it should be? Charged for a year, for only 2 monthly shipments. They say no refund for the 10 months where they shipped nothing. Simple customer service solution. "We would be happy to send you your meds for free until we catch up". Never offered anything. COMPLETE SCAM

This company continues to charge my credit card after I quit my subscription.

they added ?Vitamin B to my meds without my consent. I never saw a doctor ever! Just a photo. This is a scam, please don't risk your health and your money.

Disorganized and putting patients health at risk. Been a member for a few months for trt and have yet to get meds on time. First refill was a month late and i was without trt for that entire time. Second refill is now late as well and hasn’t shipped like it was supped to 5 days ago. Clearly they don’t understand how damaging Interuptions in hormone treatment can be to a patient and I would recommend they rethink this business because it is putting patients health at risk.

they delivered the medication with no gel pack and in 110 degree weather all across the country. The literature in the box said must stay at room temperature, the cdc says the same on their site. Henry's says their pharmacy doesn't agree and its OK. They said they would replace and but then never have. They keep stating they agree to replace it but the pharmacy refuses.... really? Also the entire time they keep charging me monthly fees... do not use this company! they give you the runaround and their customer service is so so bad!!!!

I trusted Henry’s Meds to help keep my testosterone levels balanced, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of responsibly adjusting my dosage when my red blood thickness became an issue, the provider took me off treatment entirely. This careless decision caused my testosterone to crash to below 200 — a level that severely impacted my health and quality of life. What I expected was a provider who would listen, make careful adjustments, and prioritize stability in my care. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Therapy should be about maintaining balance, not creating dangerous swings. Patients deserve thoughtful, personalized care — and unfortunately, Henry’s Meds failed to provide that for me.

I tried Henry meds and decided to go with Phentermine. I know the pills I was sent are NOT Phentermine. These pills are small round and no markings. I was suspicious that these were counterfeit a couple weeks after starting them. I had NO side effects at all, and that's no normal for anyone taking Phentermine, so I tried to look the pill up. During my research I learned that pills MUST have markings to be approved to be approved by the FDA. If pills do not have markings, they are most likely vitamins or an OTC dietary supplement, not Phentermine. I spent good money hoping to get the phentermine pills and I have NO idea what I did get. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will encourage anyone I know not to pick Henry Meds

Honestly, I hate this company. As of today, I am still a client, but I don’t understand how such a nice looking website can produce such incompetent results. They’ve been late, unlike almost every shipment and kind of screwed me over in the process and even missed a cycle altogether. You have to be on top of them to make sure that things move according to plan and like even then that doesn’t work. They sent out my testing kit late, which then put me in another crummy position, but I literally did it the day it showed up. I told them beforehand that hey it’s getting really close to the deadline And I’m getting kind of nervous. The bozo on the phone basically said there’s nothing he can do. So yeah, I’m actively looking for another provider because these people have just failed me on several occasions now
