The platform is easy to use. My Physicians Assistant was prompt and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I do feel the monthly refills should be less expensive since I'm not seeing a provider each month, but beggars can't be choosers. Would have been a 5, if not for the refill price. Overall, so far satisfied.

I would like to recognize Colin T, who has been assisting me after my shipment got lost during the snowstorm. He has been very proactive and responsive.

Organized and professional service - however, I am considering looking for another company for my GLP-1 meds as Henry Meds pricing is very high in comparison to others.

My experience isnt great since I have ran out of test for more than 2 weeks twice now and it really sucks to crash with no testosterone. I understand they grew too fast and are having trouble keeping up. Other than that they have been super helpful and worked with me to figure out solutions to no providers in my state Kentucky. Customer service has been helpful and they have worked out figuring stuff out instead of leaving me hanging. Its a good company just got to big to fast. I understand growing pains.

It was easy to set up my appointment via a web call. Meds are working, but it’s not inexpensive.

I've taken phentermine in the past on another other diet program so I know how it works for me. It's important to eat enough protein throughout the day, something I need to improve on at times. I'm working on eating more veg, some fruits and learning to have a clean diet with very little processed foods, no drinking alcohol and drink lots of water. I need to increase my exercising throughout the day to burn off a few more lbs. throughout the week.

I've been using TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) for a few months and have seen significant benefits in energy levels and overall well-being. However, my recent refill process was marred by delays. The lab orders weren't sent in time to allow ample time for the follow up and refill, causing a delay in my prescription refill, I had to miss one dose so far… (still waiting). Given the importance of consistency in TRT, I would suggest the company improve their planning and communication to avoid such disruptions. With better management, this could be a seamless experience. I will ask for lab requests earlier than the company has scheduled. Otherwise, I would’ve rated Henry Meds five stars.
