HenryMeds provides legitimate Phentermine, and the providers are attentive to my needs. I've used Phentermine off and on, and it works for me without side effects. The cons are twofold: They don't update the patient portal, so you don't know where your prescription is in the process. In my case, I had requested that my doctor hold off on the RX because I was close to my goal and didn't think I would need it, and she agreed. The next thing I know, they had billed me again, and 2 weeks later, I still have no meds. This isn't the first time. I'm fine with online portals and auto-billing as long as the portal is current and auto-billing is done in line with the provider's consultation. This is not a monthly membership. So no RX, no money. This is not the first time. I shouldn't have to be my own quality control.

My experience with HenryMeds has been overall fine the last few months however my last Nurse Practitioner was a bit condescending and rude. I’m not booking with her again.

I was very excited to start this journey of trt the DR’s have been very professional and knowledgeable I have zero complaints there but my prescriptions are consistently late always an issue with delays and the online chat or email support has a major disconnect they have always had the wrong information I knew more than they did so it was actually pointless to contact them but at times it was necessary. Then they us quest labs and I live very rural and it’s over an hour one way but was told they do tasso at home blood collection that’s the reason I went with Henry’s and I was just recently told they no longer are contracted with them so I have a decision to make before my next appointment in 3 months to stay or go find another provider. When you get your meds you do get plenty of supplies with it which is good

I wrote several emails with no reply, had to call. The call went well.

The medical staff is fantastic, customer service is nice but not very effective, the pharmacy they use is horrible. If there's any hiccup after meeting with the provider, you will be out of meds up to a month. This has happened to me just this month.

While the providers you speak with are very good the billing is very suspect. They have very sketchy pricing and I would consider just a bait and switch on intro pricing and no clear pricing models presented. On the positive the meds are working as they should would just love to be paying what I was told I was going to be not a $100 more

Originally I thought HenryMeds was great, however, after about a year of using them the quality of service I have been getting has continued to deteriorate. I would imagine that as they've scaled they have not done a great job of updating their processes to handle higher amounts of volume and it shows.

It all felt very very very ai.
