I will give a different score based on my next serving of your product. Right now I am not happy at all . I signed up in August of 25 and have only lost 2 to 4 pounds during this time. The dosage was so small as to not hav been effective at all! Now they have increased the dosage and twice ss week which should result in better results, I will review again when I get my next notice for the Semiglutide.

Well , my account was cancelled as the company somehow did not have my newest credit care info and no one notified me of this. I am a long standing patient and that has caused me now to go 3 weeks without my semiglutide. I tried everyday for 2 weeks to get thru on the customer service line and no one ever answered. When I finally did get someone they said my account wouldl be re-instated thru the email. So I received an email and followed the instructions given to re-establish my account ; however , a verification number never came to me for another week as there was some kind of glitch on their end. So another week goes by me trying to reach someone by phone ; I left several messages on the days the phone went right to voicemail so here another week goes by before I reach someone and low and behold they say I have to fill out the assessment for the doctor . Well why didnt they tell me that before and send the damn thing to me??I sent that back to them the same day. So three more days go by with no one answering so I can verify they got the form. They verified they have the form and the doctor has it. So now another week has gone by and to date 3/29/26 I have no medication???? So am I ever going to get the medication ??? Gina

Avoid Henry Meds! The physician I met with was very helpful and approachable. We talked about what medication would be best for me. We settled on Phentermine because I had taken it in the past had a great success. The order arrived quickly and I was excited to get started. This was the same dose my doctor had prescribed a year ago so I knew what to expect for side effects. I started the medication right away and had zero side effects, weird, but maybe my body had changed in a year. After a month I lost 0 pounds. I continued on for 3 more months and lost a grand total of 5 pounds (I have 50+ to lose). 5 pounds over 4 months, no side effects at all, I am convinced the pills I was taking were not real Phentermine. Very disappointed and out over $1,000! Avoid Henry Meds!

I'm whatever about this platform. Easy to use I guess. I received an email after submitting documents that said my subscription would not start till 2 months later, sent an email to ask about it. Weird to sign up and receive that notice with no additional information. Never received a reply and instead everything was processed. I don't know if the doctor looking at my information is even real at this point, or if there are even humans working at this company.

Medications take extremely long for delivery, so much so that treatment time becomes overlaps and they still charge your account. I don’t think that’s right nor fair to the customer. I had to cancel my account with them.

I am currently on TRT through Henry Meds and pay $155 per month for their premium service, but unfortunately the experience has fallen short of expectations. Recently, I’ve had to proactively reach out just to get my blood work scheduled, which feels unacceptable given the cost of the service. For a premium plan, I would also expect each syringe to be pre-filled with my prescribed dose rather than loose supplies being placed in a box without much care or guidance. They have also recently limited prescriptions to a one-month supply at a time. The explanation provided was concern from the compounding pharmacy regarding product potency, but this feels misleading and highly inconvenient. On multiple occasions, the medication has not arrived in time, forcing me to delay my injection and adjust my dosing schedule, which defeats the purpose of consistent TRT management. The one positive experience has been Quest Diagnostics. Their blood work services are excellent, and the nurses are truly top-notch. Overall, for the price being charged, I expected a far more reliable, proactive, and patient-focused experience.

All was good when I ordered month to month but then they have the bulk order.And somehow , there's no expiration date on it, and I wasted $1,000 on meds that absolutely do not work. Different color of meds, no exp date on the bottle now, awful side effects that were non existent for a very long time including severe bloating, increased hunger, and low energy. There is zero chance this medication is the same in a bulk order. My weight has increased almost immediately after switching.
