I've been a subscriber of Henry Meds for years. This month I was prescribed a refill for my GLP-1 and the package arrived hot, not warm, hot. I am friends with our UPS driver, so I took the package directly from him off the truck. When I brought it inside and opened it, the freezer packs were as hot as a heating pad, as was the vial. Additionally, the package was missing wipes and syringes. I recorded a video in case I needed to show proof and then sent an email to Henry Meds. I did receive the wipes and syringes in the mail a few days later, but just found out that the provider denied providing me a new vial. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's August in Texas. If Henry Meds contracted with a pharmacy that isn't packing the medicine well, that is on them. The GLP-1 already isn't nearly as effective as the tirzepatide they previously prescribed, and now what I've received will be even less effective. This response has left me seriously considering whether I am interested in continuing to support this company.

I submitted an intake form, it looked like I was approved for meds, they took my payment info and said one business day to receive next steps and it’s been a week and still nothing. I have tried calling, emailing and chatting but no one is ever around during their business hours to help. Chat is always down, and no one answers phone or replies to emails. Maybe this company has folded and is still taking money for meds they never intend to send?? I don’t know what else to think! My portal shows no info other than my payment method.

I have now had three appointments in a row and the Dr. assigned to me did not show. You can't get in touch with any and if you do get a rep, they push your appointment out for 2 to 3 weeks only for them not to show up. The trend is things go good until your second round. This has been a complete waste of my time.

It went well for the first 3 months only. After that, no provider was available, I had to reach out several times to get a response. When they finally found a provider, he/she didn't even show up for my appointment. This would never happen in a physicians office. Imagine paying up front, not being able to get a physician, then the physician just doesn't show up and leaves you there alone. Disheartening.

I think they are out of business. I was a client since 2023, but in 2026 I have had serious problems getting my TRT shipped to me, and now they are a full month late, they are not responding to emails, the chat feature is now just an automation... but of course they still are charging me monthly! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

I get my medication from Henry Meds, a prescription that is required to remain refrigetated, yet they always ship “overnight” on a Friday and my medications arrive on a Monday warm and spoiled requireing a new shipment. This has happened 4 times in a row now and regardless of my requests, they continue to ruin the medication and jeopardize my health.

Customer Service is non-existent AFTER you sign up and pay the fee. The phone number they provide goes directly to a number prompt that is following by the same message on each prompt to leave them a message. Sometime later that day or the next day, they may or may not get back to you. They do not provide a number that provides you direct access to any representative. There are many other great options out there that provide much better customer support at a similar or lower cost.

The company needs to address the issue of a customer not being able to allow voice/camera on their laptop. I am 74 years old and had 4 different appointments cancelled because I couldn't/was ignorant on how to connect with the provider/health care interview. Their information, email address - askhenry didn't help - gave computer programmed responses that didn't solve my problem. And the help phone number did not respond in a timely manner to save or allow my scheduled appointment. Previously I had the same problem and Henry Meds allowed a cell phone interview, however on this frustrating go around, when I suggested a phone interview, there was no favorable response. I had been a customer for over 2 years with a yearly prescription in place. Henry Med was prompt to refund my yearly prescription of $2,364.00. I have since found another provider at half the cost. Their Medical staff were prompt and offered suggestions when I complained of dizziness and nauseous conditions. Found the cause to be ear situation.
