Some people were not actively listening to me. My provider said she was going to advocate for me and when I followed up with Customer Service, it was revealed that she did not. No one was listening to me when I said I was shorted of medicine, not on my own account. The end result was that the last person that spoke to me seemed to finally get it and was able to facilitate my irritation and moved my prescription. But, the process was very painful

The medical staff were very friendly and easy with which to converse. They didn’t seem to just hurry through and send you on your way. Each practioner was very knowledgeable about my case.
