My PA was thoughtful, and the appointment went well. However, I have an issue with the time frame for receiving your meds. The delivery should be expedited. I had my appointment last Tuesday(six days ago) and have yet to receive my meds. The website gives an option to have your meds filled by a local pharmacy. I requested this option, but my PA hadn't heard of that option, thus, I'm still waiting on my meds. In all other similar pharmaceuticals, the meds are quickly issued.

I had appointment a week ago tomorrow and my medicine still has not been shipped out. I hope it’s not like like this on the refills.:/

The online appointment was quick and easy. The woman I spoke with answered any questions I had. The medication arrived in the mail quickly and put together nicely in the delivery box. I have taken Semaglutide before using a clinic close to my house- so I’m pretty well versed with the symptoms. I have been taking the Henry Meds version for a couple of weeks now and I have seen no changes and have had no symptoms. So far there is no change in my appetite either which is disappointing. Hopefully there is something more to report in a couple more weeks.

I think the support and providers are great - although I'm a little disappointed that I've now been on the tablets for 2 months and not lost any weight what so ever; so been bumped up to a higher dosage and now it's an extra $100 on top of the already high monthly charge. Is this just a tactic to suck you in and then it doesn't work so can charge more if you want to keep trying?

Company has deceptive advertising. They advertise that Semaglutide is only $197/month for a 3 month RX. What they don't tell you is that the first is $100 off and the 2nd and 3rd month cost you $297/month. You don't receive any more medication, you are just paying for nothing. Beware. There are better options out there.

Was not aware Trezipatide could not be shipped to Michigan. Ordered Oral, difficult finding positive comments/reviews. Total interview was less than 8 min. Would like to see more direct counseling. Non offered .

Joanna was very friendly and helped me to understand why I did not know why I had not received my new meds or gotten an appointment. That was last Friday, September 27. She sent me an email, and I immediately opened it, filled out the information, shared why I wanted a consult and submitted it. I was told that after submitting the form, I would be contacted about setting up an appointment. My bank account was charged $200.00, and I am still waiting to receive my meds or have someone contact me about appointments. I have been out of meds for three days, and I am going back some of the weight I lost.

I do like how responsive they have been, but I just paid my second month and still have not received my meds from the initial first appointment . It’s still early with my experience with Henry meds but not sure how I feel about how long it’s taking me to get my meds.
