the doctors are nice. The meds work WITH proper diet and exorcize. Getting a refill is never on time. My meds arrived with melted ice packs and the meds were warm despite being told they need to stay cold customer service said they "should be fine". So don't expect refills on time. Many glitches with the dashboard.

Had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm waited on the line til 5:50pm. Called in and was told that they overscheduled and had cancelled my appt.

I am not impressed so far. I started on the sublingual Tirzepatide, as I felt I could ease my way in and see if I had side affects. It took 3 weeks to notice any impact whatsoever (3mg). The 4th week I was starting to feel some impact - less "food noise", more able to control my appetite. Week 5 I upped to 4 mg, which took 15 minutes minimum to dissolve under my tongue! AND, I was noticing NO affects whatsoever again on the higher dose. I called and they said I could chew the tablet then put it under my tongue and they also are sending a 5mg dose to try. For an extra $100. I almost feel like I got a placebo! Grrr! So I am over 6 weeks in and not seeing appetite control (and spent an awful lot of money for no results) Oh, and I asked to switch to injectable tirzepatide and they said they can't prescribe that anymore. WHAT??? It was apaarently taken off the shortage list so now they can't compound it, which makes no sense - they are still doing oral compound. I am obviously frustrated. I have not given up yet, but I am not impressed.

So far this experience has been a slow process and not much info given out. I have no idea what I need to do next? Just a few e-mails loading my ID. Am I supposed to figure everything out myself?

The appointment went well but the pharmacy is terrible. 1 week of processing time and still no updates on when I'll receive the prescription. I decided to cancel my membership.

Customer services ce was good but the medication is very diluted and compounded with B-12. Took for 8 months and only lost 10 pounds. Waste of $2400

Henry meds was great initially. I was due for a refill two days ago and due to an error on their part I had my provider appointment very late; two days before I was scheduled to take the medication. I’ve called and written to them numerous times over 2.5 weeks ago to schedule an appointment sooner before my medications were due. But it didn’t happen. I’ve reached out a day before and asked if they could expedite my order and nothing has been done yet. I had to skip my dose this week and I’m not sure when I’m going to receive the medication at this point. Now there’s a gap in my medication schedule. Very disappointed.
