When I was using Henry Meds in the beginning for compounded Tirzepatide everything was great. Then they switched compounding pharmacies. The new drug wasnt effective and didnt work. When I asked for a refund or a new order, nothing. I asked if I could send the 5 unused viles of junk back and nothing. I asked for them to resend through the original pharmacy and they wouldnt. Not helpful and very disappointing to waste $1200 on water. I wouldnt use this company!

Don't give your money to Henry Meds. They say you can cancel but they refuse to allow to actually do so. They will get your account information and keep charging your payment account monthly. Your support employee I spoke to on Friday assured me that my contract was canceled and I had refunds coming. I received neither. It's on a recorded line, check your records and properly train your support staff

This company is a scam. I purchased one month semiglutide only for $197 for one month. I specifically chose a month to month and not subscription. Meaning I was to reorder upon the follow up appointment with provider. Yet they charged me less then a month later $297 ! I never had a follow up nor I reordered ! They are telling me that I owe them for the medication that they shipped for that one month! That’s crazy , I never signed up to be auto charged every month . Yet they are stating that I did. I only ordered for one month and for the $197. The amount of medication I received is ridiculously small barely enough for 3-4 weeks , yet they are telling me that Is for 11 weeks and that I owed them that money! WOW , just wow . These companies scam you into buying something you never agreed to in a first place. Please everyone, be very very aware of this company. I got scammed big time . That medication is not even working . It’s a fake .

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband, who had an extremely frustrating experience with Henry Meds while using their service for weight loss support with phentermine prescriptions. From the very beginning, the service was unreliable. Despite being charged $150 every month—he constantly had to reach out to the company just to get his medication shipped. There was no proactive communication, no timely fulfillment. Just radio silence unless he followed up himself. To make matters worse, they charged us on September 27th for the fourth month, yet he still hasn’t received the third month’s medication. When he decided enough was enough and canceled his subscription, they informed him they wouldn’t be sending out the third month’s refill—the one we already paid for—simply because the subscription was now canceled. That makes absolutely no sense and feels borderline unethical. Now we’re stuck in a holding pattern—he has to call back in 24 hours just to check on the refund status after someone “put in a request.” It’s absurd that we even need to chase this down. I’m in disbelief that a company operating in the health and wellness space thinks this kind of service is acceptable. If you’re considering Henry Meds, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Charging for a product you don’t deliver and then refusing to fulfill it because a customer canceled (due to your failure) is simply not okay.

Terrible company. Took my money and never sent me my medication.

Atrocious customer service, have gotten 0 out of 4 medication shipments correct. Are supposed to supply two months of medication and only supply one. Go somewhere else, this place is horrible!

Inital experience with provider went great, smooth process. Refills are automatic every 30 days. Using my first month of phentermine, nervous about posssibility of rapid weight gain when stopping. First automatic refill did not come. Contacted Henry meds on a monday, followed up every day through thursday, pharmacy did not receive rx until Friday. Orders take over a week to process and fill. Out of meds for over a week with very slow response after 30 days.
