My question was answered, but the question could have been avoided by communicating the reason for the RX cancellation in the first place. I logged in to see where my RX was and saw a notification that it had been cancelled. If it would have said "delayed" instead, there would not have been a need for communication

I’ve had good success with the weight loss, but it’s proving to be very expensive especially for maintenance and as new companies come up with less expensive subscriptions, this company will either need to meet those lower prices or loose customers

I ordered November the 5th in the AM here it is almost the 8th I've yet to receive an update as to when my order is going to be delivered or shipped. The update still shows order shipped to pharmacy. It's not processing or anything. What's up with that?? I gave 3 stars because the NP was really nice.

Henry Meds is quick to get your rating just after signing up. They efficiently market their products with the initial interview process and send the first shipment of meds at lightning speed. But the jury is still out until one achieves results! For instance, I was already using Semaglute before switching to Henry due to cost concerns, but they started me on the lowest dosage which resulted in no weight loss and an investment loss. Going into my second 3-month series, they were slow to respond to my inquiries and quick to send out automated emails of no relevance. With the numerous providers out there now, go forward with your own due diligence before deciding. As it stands, I'm continuing with a second 3-month prescription at higher units with hopeful optimism.

Meds get out of sync with supplies, shipments and corrections take too long. Doctor or NP is always diffrent. And it a bit pricey.

I was having excellent service until 3 months in they raised my fee by $50 a month. So yeah, expect something like that to happen. The advertised price is not the price of the medication they actually prescribed. So I have a new fee increase.

The PA was pleasant & personable she explained everything was on time with the appt can’t write a full review since I haven’t recd my meds yet once that happens I can do a full review
