Not very reliable or consistent when it comes to refills . There will be times where your with out treatment

I feel some of the medicine I received wasn’t actually trizepetide. Some shots I’d feel the effects and know it was working switch to a different vial because other was empty nothing. I ended up spending well over $2000 and no weight loss.

The drug that I take is no longer available through Henry Meds. That was expected. I was offered to purchase in bulk. I took advantage of that offer. The sum came to just shy of $2700. Expected. What is unexpected is that after purchasing (credit card billed and paid in full) 6 days ago. I have not received my delivery of the bulk drug. I called today and was told it was in process. There is no definition of in process. I asked for a specific delivery date. There is no specific ship date never mind delivery date as of today. They have my money in hand, no shipment date on the horizon. In MA you are only allowed to bill upon shipping. It makes sense, I am not here to supply a short term loan to Henry Meds. I'll keep you posted.

My initial sign up and appointment with the NP went well. I was very happy with the virtual appointment and the NP's ability to walk me through the process and answer any questions. I received a notification later that morning that the prescription had been submitted to the pharmacy. After waiting 5 days with no further information, I received a notification that the prescription had been canceled and a new prescription had been submitted. I reached out to customer service but was not given any explanation other than it was a pharmacy "mix up". It has been 10 days since my initial sign-up and I have not received any medication and the current status is still just "submitted", not "In Progress" or "shipped". I expressed concern that I was paying monthly and assume I won't receive any medication for at least half of the first month but was not met with any resolution. Still waiting..

I’m still not sure about this place. I had one doctor give medication then another doctor tell me it was for maintenance and I clearly stated I wanted to loose 10 lbs. So why was I given a maintenance dosage to start? So now I feel that it was just a bait and switch move to get me started.

I’m going on a 2 week gap in treatment. My test results were lost, Henry meds had no answers and I had to reach out to quest, the earliest appointment was the following week and I had to reach out to get one earlier, had my appointment on a Wednesday and my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy until the following Monday. How is making a patient hormone treatment be delayed by 2 weeks acceptable?

I reached out via email because my appt was supposed to be at 12:45. I did not receive the email link like i did the first time. So after 5 minutes ( understanding these appts are 15 min long) Someone, named Patrick, emailed back and that very same time all of a sudden there was Justine ready to do the telehealth. I was very rushed by her. I was led to believe on my first visit that I could have the injection of the medication I’m currently taking orally and she told methe FDA took away that opportunity for Henry’s meds because it was now available. We discussed the other option and I was leaning towards the injection prescription if the semigluptide, But last minute change my mind. I felt rushed to decide. She told me to hurry up and decide she had another patient waiting and told me that I was late for my appointment. I will not use TH again being treated in this manor. I will definitely do things automatically no more FaceTime with Justine. Perhaps I’ll find another company to go through in the future. I know this is more about you making the big bucks, so you may want to treat the consumer with a little more professional treatment. The best part has been the email correspondences l, polite. Consumer friendly.

Recieved my lab orders and within a week got them done. Talked to my doctor and was given a new prescription. It has been over a week and my new prescription hasn't even been processed yet. I am not out of my medicine and dealing with uncomfortable side effects. Henry Meds should make a better effort to ensure no interruptions to treatments.
