This is the second time that my meds have run out and I end up being without for a week or longer. It’s honestly unacceptable. When u have to call and email them to get an answer.

For the amount of money that I spend monthly, I would expect quicker responses from the medical team. It takes 24-48 hours to get a response. It’s not “right then and there”. It’s also been almost a week since my prescription was sent and STILL has not been filled!!

Billing challenges. Wrong amount charged twice

I signed up and paid a week ago and I have not received anything yet. So it's hard to give a review on a product I haven't received. It'd be nice if you let customers know the time-line.

I signed up for oral semaglutide for $249, which had to be paid or you could not schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider to get the prescription. During my appointment I decided to change to injections because I was told they work better. The injections are $48 more than the pills. Two days later I got an email asking me to approve the change and that my $249 had been refunded and to now pay $297. However, my money had not been refunded. I contacted billing and told them the money had not been refunded and I couldn’t pay the higher amount until my first payment was refunded, or can I just pay the $48 difference? They informed me they could not refund my first payment until I made the second payment, and would not let me just pay the difference. So in the end I paid $546 and my shipment of meds was delayed by a week. I have two stars because the provider was informative, helpful, and friendly. Customer service was friendly even though they couldn’t help me, otherwise I would have only given one star as this has put me in a bit of a financial bind which was completely unnecessary.

I've been using Henry for a while, and while the prices are great, the inability of this company to deliver refills promptly before I run out is bewildering. I've gotten feedback that there's a nationwide TRT shortage. OK, I got it. If that's the case why are you signing up new customers online when you can't even address the ones you already have? I'm off my meds again this week because I ran out over a week ago, while waiting for my labwork and consultation results to come back. Now I'm waiting for the Rx refill to be shipped out. More waiting!!! Honestly, I don't understand why this company doesn't take into consideration the time it takes to complete labs, consultations, and refill and schedule all of this activity well in advance of their patients running out. They are really good about adjusting my billing cycle every time this happens, but I didn't join this company to go on and off my meds all the time and then get my billing adjusted. The goal is to stay on the meds consistently and without hassle. Their response to these complaints is "we take this feedback seriously." Oh really?!? Why is it that nothing ever changes?!?

I had to contact them to remind them to ship my prescription multiple times

It has been more than a week and my prescription has still not even been processed by the pharmacy. It takes a very long time to get the medication once prescribed. Program is costly and you only receive 30 a month. This may not be worth your money if any other option is available for you.
