it took too long to get help back in October, than I was overcharged. It was later applied as a credit but that hurt me financially as I was not planning that overage.

Thank you for your review. We work with a variety of pharmacies depending on the medication prescribed, the state, the backlog at the pharmacy, and the provider. Patients can always ask the provider during the consult if you have a specific pharmacy you’d like to use or not use.

While tirzepatide is no longer on the FDA shortage list, pharmacies are still waiting for the FDA’s final decision on its use for compounding. The appointment with my PA went well and we decided I needed to increase my dosage. She said it would be a one-time $100 charge. I thought that wasn't bad and agreed to the higher dosage. When I got the renewal, I learned it was actually an increase of $100/month so I was understandably unhappy. I don't know how long I can handle this increase but will reluctantly give it a try.
