I was told my medication would probably be sent yesterday 01/10. It wasn't. I paid for overnight.

I do not believe the compound is as effective as the prescription. I took Rybelsus and lost weight and maintained the loss without having to do anything else. My appetite was suppressed and I easily lost weight. With Henry Meds I have taken the oral semaglutide and the oral tirzepatude. Both wear off by the end of the day and I get the munchies. This did not occur with the prescription. After 3 months I am being advised by Henry Meds that I need to eat 100 grams of protein to stop the munchies. I am not sure why I was not told this before. I am giving this a try for another month or so with a switch to the injectable but the oral is ineffective. The provider and coach are lovely and professional but needing a coach to utilize other means of weight loss strategies means the compound is not the same as the prescription in my personal experience. My response to Henry Meds is do not take over $1000 for a product known not to have a shelf life of even 24 hours in the system and that causes intense hunger at the end of the day (unless one eats 100 g of protein earlier in the day when not hungry which is ridiculous) From reading other posts and from what the provider and coach just inferred to me, it is clear Henry Meds knows the oral of any strength of either drug has a detrimental effect of causing weight gain. It is not that I had an issue with my discipline but that your oral drugs caused the hunger due to the ineffectiveness. You offer a ‘free’ coach as if I do not have the discipline when what really happened is a bad side effect to your ineffective and detrimental oral compound. When your coach tells the patient after 4 months of taking the oral treatment that you need to take the pill later in the day and fast in the morning so that you do not have the effects of the oral treatment wearing off so soon …. Henry Med knows how ineffective its oral treatment is. The prescription’s effect on appetite suppression was for 24-48 hours. The compound’s effect is not even 12 hours, probably 6-8 hours and then intense hunger.

Wow.... it is taking forever to get the medication.

Injection information is very limited and not produced by Henry meds. Was giving random links to other vids and was not given specific information about how to inject the medicine.

I will start with the positive - the doctors have always been super nice. They listened to any questions I had. They are prompt for appointments. Shipping has always been quick. For the most part, the process has been pretty seamless. The negative - I was already taking semaglutide when I started with Henry Meds. I switched because I couldn't afford what I was currently paying ($500/vial). The doctor said she was comfortable starting me on the same dose I was on instead of starting small and then increasing. I was taking 2.5 mg/ml. Come to find out, I was started on 1.0 mg/ml. I wondered why my weight loss had stalled. The price that you pay for Henry Meds is not per vial, it's per month. One vial lasts apx 6-8 weeks, depending on your dose. So essentially I ended up paying $600 ($300/month) for the medicine for nothing, and wasted three months not losing weight. At my last appointment the doctor agreed to up my dose (once I found out I wasn't on the 2.5), but the highest dose Henry Meds will give is 2.0 mg/ml. PLUS the monthly fee goes up to $400/month. So now I'm essentially paying $800 for a vial that isn't even the dose I was on previously. One of the reasons I changed to Henry Meds is because it seemed like they were very upfront about costs. I hate it when you have to fill out intake forms just to find out how much the medicine will be. Come to find out, they are just like the others. I never would've switched if I'd known all of this ahead of time.

Everything went well after first contact. I saw payment for 3rd month came out and waited for delivery and nothing came. After 10 days I called and was told they sent email to fill out and have 2nd consult. It was in junk. I filled it out and a week later a consult was scheduled. That was 2 days ago and now I've been 2 weeks without product.

Henry meds has been very consistently unorganized. From double accounts and billing to not following through to set up testing and refills on time I had hoped things would smooth out. I had a nice video conference that remembered me from the last conference but she didn’t have the correct testing data report which was significantly different than the report I could access on Quest Diagnostics. Recommend you pay close attention to your dosing, testing reports and schedule….. don’t rely on Henry’s to get any of this right.

The customer service was fine, but the product simply doesn't work. I lost literally 1-2 pounds in three months. I decided to try one more bottle (so another 3 months of product) and after 2 months not only have I NOT lost any more weight, I've GAINED three pounds. A year or two ago I used ozempic and that product DID work ... I lost 17 pounds in 2-3 months, but It was just too expensive without insurance. At this point I would have been better off to get 2-3 months for Ozempic and get decent results than spend $1800 for 6 months (so far) of whatever it is Henry Meds claim they're giving people. It flat out did NOTHING for me. *Adding this after seeing the reply from Henry Meds... I did follow up with a representative from Henry Meds and the only option given to me was to pay an extra $100 per month for what I can only assume was a "stronger" dose. Well, considering I had something else to compare their product with since I'd previously taken Ozempic, there's no way I was shelling out an additional $100 a month for that when CLEARLY it doesn't work. For an extra $100 a month I could get Ozempic and know for SURE it works. Bottom line is Henry Med's injectable semiglutide does NOT do at all what it's supposed to do... Not even a little bit I didn't even have ANY of the side effects I should have had. To me the only explanation is whatever Henry Meds is selling to consumers is either a very sub par product or it's mostly water. I'm leaning towards it being mostly water. If you'd like, you can feel free to give me a month's worth of the $100 more a month vials and I will be happy to test out my theory about what the vials contain. If I lose any weight with the more expensive vials, I will be the first to come back and let everyone know I was wrong if the more expensive vials actually do what Henry Meds claims it does. But based on the reviews I've read online, my guess is even the more expensive vials don't work either
