Bait and switch. I’m canceling before I get any medication. They advertised a three month bundle on the website for $350. Then I was sent a billing arrangement where I had to agree to pay 350 for each month. Edit: The company did not dispute that the website advertised $350 for three months; they simply redirected me to their Terms of Service after changing the price post-consultation.

Horrible experience...sent them everything twice....was billed for months and NEVER received any meds....place is a con company....I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them from continuing to bill me for products they don't send you....check out BBB...F rating ...shame on me for not looking first

Henry meds sent 1 shipment yet have billed me $297. 7 payments over $2000 dollars for a small vial which I thought was only 1 payment! Beware cancel asap!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I called about my subscription I was continued to being billed for because in the meantime I had been diagnosed with cancer and the customer service rep said … well anyways pay attention to your emails because we sent you emails and since there is no communication from you, yeah you get billed $249 a month. Totally dismissive and insensitive, absolutely disgusting!

Going on 2nd week of not receiving my medication refill. Previous provider left the organization and I was never notified. Customer service seems unconcerned that I am out of medication. At this point I would recommend looking elsewhere for services.

Worst company ever dealt with. Don't give a penny of your hard earned cash to them. Charge me monthly never received TRT. TOO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
