The process is way too long
The process is way too long. Between paying up front waiting on a PA the labs and another appointment, and still no meds. This process from a local TRT facility would have been better. Not sure if I’m going to keep this arrangement

The PA that I had was very nice
The PA that I had was very nice. I do find it how to acess the portal or schedule an appointment. It is also almost time for my refill and have not received a notice yet

Great Consultation When It Finally Took Place
My appointment with my Henry Meds doctor was productive and she had several helpful tips for me. I would have given a 5-star rating except that no one showed up for the initial appointment that I had scheduled; I was on my phone for an hour waiting for the doctor to show up. I had to call to make a second appointment.

Fast service for everything!
I had no problems with getting a quick appointment, or seeing the provider. The medication came the same week as my appointment with no issues either. I’ve never taken oral medication for this so we’ll see how effective it is, but Henry meds came through 100% on its promises.
