Is used GLP-1 from another provider and had little side effects. I stopped because we went on an extended vacation. When we got back I purchased from Henrymeds. After about a month, the side effects were worse than before. Constipation, nausea, and the worst was the acid reflux. It was terrible! I stopped using the drug and the side effects were gone in about 10 days. The people there are nice and informative, but I question the legitimacy of their product.

I didn’t like or dislike the person … he just seemed in a hurry. I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. I feel like my last package arrived quicker than this time. He didn’t do anything wrong though. He was a nice guy.

Communication with NP was great. I had trouble figuring out how to approve the change we made in order for it to get processed. I also didn’t know I needed to do that- I’m sure the NP mentioned it but maybe a follow up email with a link to just make things easy?

The turn around time to receive the medicine is extensive. I had my first appointment on 1/11/25. I noticed 5 days later that my prescription was incorrect. Now, I am having to wait an additional 10 days for the medication to be shipped, yet Henry Meds will want to charge me $150 on the first of the month when i haven't even been able to get started. Disappointing.

I thought she wasn't informative enough with her answers. I felt like she wanted the chat to be over with asap.

[Edits: Jan. 18th received proper supplies, increased rating to 3 stars. Jan. 17th, still haven’t received correct supplies. Jan. 15th, company contacted me and stated sending proper supplies and small credit. Rating updated to 2 stars and if supplies actually arrive I’ll update to 3 stars. End Edits] My second order with Henry; order was one week late, did not receive injection syringes and received wrong syringe barrels (much too large). Contacted the company and have not heard from them. Called and waited for over 30 minutes and no one responded. Credit Card is still being charged!

They were fast in the process at first. Almost 2 weeks from consult and still no product. Very slow as they haven’t even started shipment. When you pay a monthly subscription, you are losing money with every passing day the product doesn’t arrive. Edit: company reached out and will check the status of order then adjust my billing cycle to match the first delivery of the product.

Customer service and clinician were pleasant and informative. I did not give a higher review as likely medication costs were not properly disclosed in original website info. More usually than not patients will require a higher dose of GLP-1 injected medications to achieve higher, advertised, weight losses. However, these higher doses cost $100 more per month than Henry Meds advertises on their initial disclosure. This is misleading. Henry Meds should provide Complete Disclosure of their pricing. I am a retired internal medicine doctor.
