Not very good information. I didn’t know it wasn’t fda approved. I’m still confused about units vs ml or mg.

Thank you for your review. No compound medication has ever been FDA-approved.
Compounding pharmacies and outsourcing facilities are regulated under sections 503(a) and 503(b) of the FD&C Act which allow them to make compounded medications for individual patients based on a provider’s prescription as long as they comply with the relevant sections of the FD&C, and state law as per the relevant Boards of Pharmacy.
We're always committed to ensuring our patients are satisfied with their care. If patients have further questions or concerns, we recommend scheduling a follow-up visit with a clinician (included in the subscription) to discuss.

***UPDATED review***
***UPDATED***
After several good months of service from Henry Meds my opinion has now changed. Every three months I was in a mad dash to take valuable time off of work to go get my blood work done before my prescription ran out. To avoid service interruption the blood work has to be done almost immediately by the time Henry Meds give me the lab orders, which have to be done before 9 AM. The quest diagnostic facilities in my area are booked weeks in advance for all time slots up to 10-11 AM so getting this done was always very difficult and required me to take time off of work I couldn't afford to take.
This last time it became a real problem, I couldn't get an appointment at any facility in my area inside of a three week timeline and the offer of an alternative from the Henry Meds customer support came a week after my medication had already run out. I got sent two boxes in the mail the following week to take my own blood samples and send them back which I had to take to a Fed Ex facility myself to be sent to a lab.
About a week after I sent the samples instead of receiving an email saying my prescription was on the way they told me they didn't get enough blood (I filled the specimen kits to the top line). So they wanted more blood and were going to 'rush' me out another two boxes to do the blood draws all over again. The kits weren't received by Fed Ex for a few days and were going to take another week to get to me (not rushed). Testosterone Cypionate injections wear off after about 4-5 days so I am already feeling the effects by now, when I stressed that fact to them they said "it would take a month to wear off so don't worry about it". Again, all research I've seen says the injections start to wear off in 4-5 days, which is why you need one every week. I also ran out of my estrogen blocker at the same time.
By the time the second round of kits were to come, be used and sent back, then be received and analyzed by their lab I would have had to start the entire TRT treatment process all over again as my levels have already begun to plummet. Due to the slow response times in this matter from their support team and lack of helpful solutions I decided it was time to switch to another provider. I felt like they really dropped the ball. Waiting until the last minute to send me blood work orders which have to be done withing two or three days when I can't get an appointment for several weeks. Not responding to my emails about the situation for multiple days at a time while I am already withdrawing from the medication. Offering a solution that didn't work. It's now been multiple weeks since I have had medication and I am seriously feeling the effects of that now. Lack of energy and motivation, depression, overly emotional. I signed up for TRT to improve myself, not put myself into a rut like this.
I have already paid for service with another entity (which is less expensive) and I can't get my medication from them yet as they need a copy of my past prescription from Henry Meds. Which Henry Meds has not sent me yet in spite of filing a support ticket and emailing the person responsible for handling my cancellation. I have received no response form them whatsoever since my cancellation. It seems like they don't have time for me now that I am no longer going to be giving them my money. I paid them for the entire month of March and have had no medication this month, which also means they should technically still be on the clock as I have paid for services this month and they are nonresponsive.
I just feel like leaving me to withdrawal from this medication for these last few weeks and not helping me to get my prescription information so I can continue my care elsewhere is just extremely irresponsible of them from a medical and professional standpoint. They know the name of the company I have switched to, you would think medical professionals would be professional and work with each other, maybe even transfer required medical documents for patient care? Apparently that's not a thing here.
***THE BELOW IS MY OLD REVIEW***
I have been with Henry Meds for a few months now and have been very happy with the service. Whenever I have a concern it is addressed promptly and thoroughly. They are friendly and professional, the products are good quality.
Everything in my life has improved since I started with them. I am happier with myself and with life in general, money well spent!

Money loss
Money loss, not just weight.
I've lost nearly 100 lbs, i continue to loose $100 per month, even though I have been corresponding with them since Nov. It should not take multiple call, emails, etc. to fix a simple billing issue.

Watch your credit card bill
Its a subscription service that will continue to bill you for medications if you don’t request any and they don’t deliver any.

The staff at Henry Meds is fantastic but pricing is not up front
The staff at Henry Meds is fantastic. What is dissatisfying is going into starting GLP-1's my expectation was the monthly cost of $249 for oral semaglutide would be the price going forward. This is not the case. After committing to be on the the medicine, I found out after a few months that the 4 mg or 6 mg dose is needed for weight loss. (2 mg is a maintenance dose and/or not sufficient for me). Henry Meds charges an additional $100 per month for the higher needed dose. This feels like a bait and switch. Once you start the medication plan I don't want to change and I was not budgeting for an extra $1200 per year.

This is a BAD Business
The PA's and Dr's are OK and pretty much write you whatever you need. Henry Meds as a company is terrible. They bill you without any sort of follow up or desire to send you your medication. This is their business tactic. They say that not getting your meds or a follow up email call does not constitue a refund. Keep your money and go to a local Dr. These people are not here to help, they are here to steal.
