I was given a 2 months prescription. I had my doctor's exam and they told me they gave me a higher dose than I was paying for. They told me to increase again and it would be double the price. I said I can't afford to start paying that. The "doctor said no problem we will cut your dose in half to match the $200 a month I'm paying. I said you just said to increase know you say cut the dose in half. These are not professional people at all. They took my payment 2 days ago for this month medicine and they will not refund me even though they made the mistake. The medicine works great but do yourself a favor and find another option, I strongly recommend not to use Henry Meds!!

I wanted to cancel after six months and they kept charging my credit card - even after emails and phone calls with Henry.

My provider was wonderful BUT 1) Terrible customer service 2) They can’t send Rx to local pharmacies even though their website says they can 3) Their pharmacy frequently runs out of medication 4) No one is ever available on the phone Took forever to get Jennifer (my personal care coordinator) to respond to me. When she did respond it was clear she wasn’t reading my support ticket and I’d have to send multiple emails requesting the same information. Their pharmacy ran out of medication so they were not able to fill my Rx. I requested that they send the Rx to my local pharmacy and was told they “were not authorized to do so”. Which is odd because their website says they CAN send to a pharmacy of your choice. I was still charged for this service and it took 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to get a refund

My only experience with Henry’s meds is that they have charged me $139.00 2 times and I’m not even a patient. I’ve never even signed up to have a consultation! I’ve never written, or orally agreed or showed interest in anything to them that even remotely showed interest or desire and definitely no commitment to justify them to fraudulently steal from my online wallet! This obscene “Money-grab” from my wallet is a mystery! but the fact that they have never spoken written, sent me anything absolutely NOTHING,and yet somehow scammed me and again fraudulently charged me almost $300 is believable. I would say this is the biggest fraud in terms of weight loss medicine companies on the Internet!! I’m now just warning other people not go there! the way that they have blatantly ripped me off is beyond comprehension!! so now I have go through the whole process of trying to get my money back, filing dispute’s and trying to figure out how on earth they were able to get into my wallet!? Please do yourself a Favor:do not go to Henry meds! you will regret it! they will take your money and you’ll never see anything in return! buyer beware! H. Larsen

In the beginning was super happy with this casino but they will wait until you taken the medicine for a while then they will start charging you much more and if you don't pay they won't send your medicine I recently sent them 129.99 for my meds they turn around say I need sand them 129.99 more so I said fine send my money back I will go elsewhere they refused I am going have to file a dispute I was just waiting till after Christmas because I will have wait on new card

I was on TRT with Henry Meds for about a year. They started of strong, took a while to get my first shipment but I get it. The doctor was very nice and enjoyable to work with. Then a few months down the line I noticed they started to slip. They had delays in shipping, causing to miss doses of TRT and my AI pill. Then I had flagged bloodwork and needed to donate blood. That was a long process of getting it cleared again for reshipment At that point in time fixing my issue I was THREE shots behind. Ridiculous. All while still paying the $99 or whatever a month. Then they moved from 90 day supply to 30 day supply. They shorted me on the supply as well. I was about out and they said “sorry we can’t reship you need another appointment with doctor (mind you I JUST had appointment 30 days ago) I called and cancelled and went to a local men’s clinic. Sure the clinic is more $ but my God is it easier on me.

I have paid twice but have not received anything. My prescription was cancelled, and despite starting this process on 11/20/25, I still have no resolution. You have taken payment two times, yet I have not received the prescription my provider created. This experience is beginning to feel fraudulent, and I keep getting the runaround from both the chatbot and customer service.

They charge the first month, stopped shipping and kept charging. I cancelled and they continued charging. I am trying to get refunds. This is a terrible operation, do not use.
