I gave my business to Henry Meds as I was with another company and every aspect of their business was ridiculously bad. Good old Facebook was spying and inserted Henry Meds adverts into my feed. I contacted Henry Meds and did the intake. It was like night and day. I had my correct product, properly billed, and into my body working its magic on schedule as agreed.

Just staring with Henry meds but so far everything’s great the Dr visits went well and she was very personable

Ease of appointment process, ease of speaking with provider, and ease of receiving prescription.

The appointment started on time. The provider was very thorough about dues and don’ts. She discussed all of my previous medical and any other conditions that might I have make sure I understood what this medication and how long this medication can be used and how important it is for follow up and letting my current primary care provider know what I was taking as well so a very good visit.

Very professional. Easy to talk to and understand all that the PA was saying to me about the pills.

Easy to work with

I really appreciate that you actually care about me, my health and my quality of life. Doctor Mies is wonderful. It’s nice to know there are still people who care about customer service, even at their high professional level.

My consultant was amazing. I’m excited for my next chapter.
