Buyer beware! The process of getting medication and fulfillment was great and straightforward as many people state in their reviews. However - Henry Meds is very vague on what happens when you stop ordering from them. They aren’t very clear about the conversion of your account to a membership for $49 a month. It’s a hold fee so you can meet with a doctor at sometime in the future. They will let you go forever not receiving services from them and keep charging you a $49 monthly fee for nothing. Find another provider you don’t have to put up with this deceptive practice. It’s shady!

Caution when subscribing monthly. They’ll send you a vial and keep charging you. After I told them it wasn’t working, I got this unprofessional email telling me if I rejoined it would be $900 to join again. Lol ooookkaay. I subscribed for 6 months with minimal results. Typical med spa scam. They’re nice to you when taking your money, but god forbid, if you have any issues ….you're scum. No thanks.

My problem with Henry Meds wasn't the meds, just getting them. Every time I needed a refill their survey would go to my spam folder even though I didn't mark it as spam so that's on me. What really got me upset is every time I needed a refill, they would make me fill out the form. Once I fill out the form you expect to get your meds once a doctor looks it over. Nope... It then has to be examined again and then you got to wait two - three weeks for a facetime call with the doctor to which they just agree to everything you say and just a big game of ring around the rosy. By the time you get through that process you have missed about 8-10 doses and you start all back over again. So my weight kept going down, then I would play their game of telephone and it would go back up. They didn't pause the charging my account, only shipping my medicine.

The process is longer than a week for testosterone to get your meds. By the time I was able to start the process my meds were almost a week late. The bloodwork process needs to start sooner.

It is taking longer than stated to receive my prescription.

It’s been over 2 weeks now waiting for my prescription to be filled and sent out. I understand it’s a compound prescription but this 2 weeks? At least let me know if there is a delay for what ever reason. I have been billed twice now and I have not yet started treatment

Don't like they took money ASAP then got approved. Order was approved 4days ago.still haven't shipped.

call the day before to confirm appointment but no link ever sent i had to call and have them send me the link during my appt time. nurse was rude and over talking me and being my third time joining them it seems to have gotten worse each time. the meds always take so long to receive and then a month is almost gone …
