fraudulent company. Keeps charging after the cancellation. The crad blocked them and they switch to a different name and continue charging. Absolutely avoid.

PA’s have been decent. The customer service side has been completely horrendous. Web links for online visits are 50/50……..sometimes they send it….other times you have to call. Miscommunication with appointments……generally told one time…then when a link is sent it’s a different time. Most recent example…..I was told 10am only to find out that it was switched to 1030. Not everyone has a flexible schedule to make these adjustments. Towards the end of 2025 I was a few weeks behind on medication…..I had to call customer for them to realize. After scheduling labs, online appointment and a clinic review of labs I am now 5 weeks without testosterone. I’m sure I won’t get reimbursed for the missing 5 weeks….id prefer an efficient and functional customer support system. I like my specific PA which is why I haven’t gone elsewhere.

Other online clinics will make you pay for bloodwork, and then won't start a payment plan until after you're diagnosed, prescribed, and receiving medication. HenryMed starts their monthly reoccurring subscription charges immediately on day. It took me a handful of weeks to get the bloodwork appointment set and complete, and once those labs were available. There were no providers available to review my labs to prescribe me medication. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment until a support-desk person manually set an appointment with an unknown provider on Dec 15th at 3pm CST (I have email confirmation for this time). On that day, the provider logged in at 1pm CST and then wrote my appointment as "missed". When I logged into HenryMed at 2:30 CST, it showed my appointment was now scheduled for 4pm CST. I logged in at 2:55pm CST anyway, no one was there. I logged in at 3:55pm CST, no one was there. I was ghosted and lied too. Again the website said no providers were available in the next 3 weeks for scheduling. At this point 2 months had passed with no services or medication rendered, and I had 2 months of subscription fees paid. HenryMeds is a scam.

Things started out well with henrymeds (2 years ago). Subsequently, I’ve had numerous customer service issues. Try phoning. They said they’d be with me momentarily. After 20 minutes of canned music an automated voice said they were busy & hung up on me. I’ve tried texting, calling, emailing to no avail. I am waiting for meds I ordered over 3 weeks ago. Invoicing is confusing & im starting to feel ripped off. Avoid this company.

This company was good at first. Now they stopped sending meds for 6 months but charged me $297 a month each month. After weeks of reaching out and calling and emailing I am out of meds for months now and they are claiming oh we accidentally put extra meds in your vials each month so we can charge you for 6 months worth because we accidentally gave you extra medication in your vials each month. Absolutely not!!! I used each vial each month as prescribed and now they are keeping 6 months of payments for medication I never received. Rude customer service in addition to the flat out stealing of my hard earned money. Run away! Do NOT use Henry Meds. The response they are claiming to have reached out with is simply they are dealing with a high volume of customers. No refund of all of that money, no apology, no attempt to right the wrong. Don’t believe this obviously standard unpersonalized response.

They hide behind the fine print. They have been charging my credit card for 6 months for services not rendered. Just noticed and called them. She laughed when I said it was a hidden fee.

You can’t get any help here because they are going under and have let all these negative reviews staff go. The AI is the only help. The response to this review will also be written by AI. Go anywhere else. The best way to judge a company is by how they treat their employees.
