My nurse practitioner is fantastic however the other customer service is extremely slow if you hear from them at all. Using the portal takes days to get a response if you get one. For busy people who can't always call them it's a real inconvenience.

I appreciated the time with the NP, appreciate her being so thorough and informative. But it’s been a week now and I’ve heard nothing. Communication afterwards would be nice.
