I liked the doctor and the friendliness of everyone. I did not like that it has been a week and I have not received my first shipment.

Not really sure I understand why the meds aren’t being shipped in a timely manner. When I asked I was told it’s a qc issue but for a prescription drug already on the market I don’t understand why it would take a pharmacy 10 business days to review and process.

Im not a fan of a $100 price increase for additional medication. I didnt see anywhere in the initial paperwork I looked over that if I needed to go above the 20CC injection (per week) that there would be additional costs. I saw $297 a month for the plan I signed up for. Not what is now $397 a month. Response to the henry meds reply: Then you should offer a discount for the first 2 months when the injection amounts are 5 cc's weekly and 10 cc's weekly, respectively.

I signed up for the Spring promotion to get $100 off, had my appointment about a week later and discussed the pros and cons of oral vs injection. I decided to go with oral and they took away my $100 discount, even though the price of the two is the same. I waited for two and a half weeks for my meds and didn't get them. I checked the website and no prescriptions had been ordered. I went to website and used the chat and was able to get some help. She said she would get the medication shipped and try to get my discount reinstated. If all goes well I will revise my rating, but for now, I'm not impressed. Update: Someone had apparently dropped the ball on ordering my meds, but a representative reached out, assured my that my meds would be coming (they did arrive) and that they would give me my Spring discount the following month (haven’t seen that charge yet so I don’t know). He also said they would give me another month (I had signed up for 6 months) since it took so long for me to get the meds. I’ve improved my rating to 3 stars for their prompt response. Will put it up to five if they actually follow through on promises - and if I lose weight!

I was hoping to start at a higher dose than 1mg. I thought 3mg was a starting dose.

The zoom call with the NP was pleasant. I'm still waiting for the RX. I don't really have an opinion at this point.

I have been with you folks for quite a while last June. The service had been great . I took a bulk order of Tirz. I was due to restart so I set up a provider appointment , and we agreed what way to proceed . It took 2 weeks to get the order , all my other RX orders were 5-7 days . On top of that the provider said she would include zofran which I did not recieved. I’m hoping that this was just a one time mistake because before this everything was fine
