They claim a "no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy": this is an outright bait and switch lie. They start charging for your expensive subscription immediately from day 1, not when you receive the medication, not even when you have your doctor visit which takes week(s). With all the delays, it took EIGHTEEN days between the prescription to actually receive the medication. By the time I had tried just 2 weeks on the medication, they charged me for my "second month". By the time I called in this "30 day refund guarantee" (not well tolerated), they had charged me for my 2nd month and only offered to refund the 2nd month, not the first. The first which was wasted waiting for their doctor visit and medication delivery. I tried to negotiate with support, but they are very unhelpful and bend over backwards to justify their crooked policy. I am left with a large bill; their guarantee was a fake-out. A real bait and switch. Unethical. I would not use Henry Meds if you have any doubts at all about your tolerance in the medication - which you should. Their "money back" offer is actually a lie, and clearly, they make a lot of money maintaining the lie.

While I received my refill 24 hours before my last dose from my first shipment was to be completed. There was much confusion with customer service regarding my prescription. The first person I reached out to over a month ago said I had a 90 day supply, but I knew that was wrong because I only received 60 syringes. While the customer service responses were always nice, fast and cordial, I am frustrated with the lack of information provided when I log into my account. 99% of my questions could be answered on my account page if you had a more robust system in place. I did receive my second shipment today and all is well, but I would really like to see you beef up the visibility of all account details on your website. I joined the Facebook group and I am not the only one with this issue - and I know the others in the group could benefit from more details being provided online. Thank you!

Got the weight loss injections but it didn't work and had the exact opposite effect. I had been steadily (yet slowly) losing weight for the last six months but when I started these injections I gained weight very rapidly. In one month I have gained 13 pounds. This is crazy as I have been slowly losing weight for the last six months just on my own. I really question what is in this shots and do not feel they are as advertised.

The online process went smoothly but I waited over three weeks to get my prescription that I paid $129 for. If you need your medication immediately, I recommend that you go in person and go to a doctors office and get a prescription that way because this Pharmacy took three weeks to give me my medication. I don’t understand why their prices are so high if they’re going to take forever to ship your medication to you makes no sense I paid 129 and had to wait for three weeks.

I was on this for several months, had the same side effects. Saw a new provider and she removed me for them when they were gone before. I just had some vomiting from time to time, that had always been the case. Anyway she removed me so I wasted $1000. I don’t recommend it. I wasted my money and only lost 20 lbs.

I had my online appointment and was told the medication would be here in a week. After 9 days I called and was told the Rx was still processing but they marked it urgent. After two weeks I called again, same story. I emailed with no response. I called again on day 17 and they said it was still being processed. This was a Friday which meant if they actually filled it the doll week it would have been 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told it would be 3-5 business days. This business is terribly unreliable and really didn’t care if I cancelled or not. Go somewhere else and avoid the stress. UPDATE: I got an email saying this may be taken down if I don’t provide more information. Henry Meds has corresponded with me and knows who I am. I’m not surprised they’d want to remove unfavorable reviews. Here’s my appointment information. I don’t have a reference number. PROVIDER They won’t let me mention the providers name. Good riddance to HenryMeds, I was promised to have the month of B12/"Semaglutide" refunded by the office manager. It's been over three months and I still have not been refunded. PS I believe the person's name was Alexander" (Check your phone records for Saturday January 21st and you will know who claimed to be the "office manager") My email messages were ignored from your office once I started to inquire about the refund that Alexander promised me. Luckily I've found another Telemed online that supplies pure Semaglutide for a few dollars less than the price I paid with HenryMeds. But unlike the time I was on the H.M. B12 / "Semaglutide" I gain 4lbs, I've actually lost 23.4 lbs in 4 weeks with the pure Semaglutide.

The process was great. But the backlog of prescriptions is rough. Still waiting and am getting a bit upset as month 2 will likely charge before I have my first prescription. It would help A LOT if Henry Meds would reach out to us. Assure us and perhaps bail down an ETA
