Look elsewhere for quality/individualized care
Provider was late to the appointment. Appointment itself was very short (3 mins) and I did not feel my questions were answered and my concerns were not addressed. I was declined rx for medication even though I was previously prescribed the brand name medication by my physician.

Horrible experience
My GFR is above and below 50 Maybe ask those questions before you get someone’s hopes up to lose weight especially when their nephrologist approves and the fact you charged ahead for this is BS

Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases that may mean not prescribing medication. However, we never want our clients to feel like they've received less than complete respect, and we take this feedback seriously. If our providers do not find you eligible for our programs, we will happily cancel the subscription and issue a full refund on the initial charge.

Phone Intake Cancelled - Why!?
My intake phone appointment was cancelled and I have no idea when it will be. Meanwhile my American Express card was charged for the injections.

I was very disappointed that there was not an alternative medication since I did not qualify due to age.

We urge anyone that is not a good fit for us to check with their primary care physician for assistance with their healthcare needs. My provider appointment was cancelled…
My provider appointment was cancelled via email and I never received a text or phone call. I waited 45 minutes for an interview and had no idea what happened until 2 days later … I still don’t have medical clearance or my meds … very disappointed obviously…

I was not informed of the age cut off…
I was not informed of the age cut off for the medication. I therefore was denied after the brief meeting with the ARNP. Certainly would like a refund of my $ 499.00

The age range for all treatments is available under the FAQ section on the selected treatment page. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced. For any client that is denied treatment, we will cancel the subscription and issue a full refund of the initial charge. It's important to note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on the banking system.

Joined almost a month ago
Joined almost a month ago, still have not even been prescribed anything. Labs were done right away, then 2 weeks later they wanted me to go donate blood. Simple I normally do it about once a month being on testosterone anyway. Sent in the paperwork, had another consultation with the provider and nothing. I have called everyday and get the same thing. “Well look into it.” It’s now been over a month since I have had an injection and it is causing serious side effects, like depression and mood swings. Affecting my work and home life. They have my money and I hate to start the process all over with another company, but it looks like I have no choice. Beware sending this group money. Andy Carter
