Staff was helpful and was able to get an appointment quickly but this is company/program is not for someone that is maintenance mode of the weight loss program.

I am not sure what medication they sent me but I am pretty sure it was not semaglutide. It had no effect at all after 4 weeks. In fact I gained 5 pounds. Also, their quit at any time doesn't work because instead of sending you monthly medication, they send you three months of medication. You then have to pay for three months of medication even though you quit. They have absolutely no phone support available when you call. You are put on hold for hours and no one gets back to you if you leave a message.

I've now had 2 consultations, yet I haven't been prescibed meds. HENRYMEDS was surprised to learn that I am in California (Even though i had to enter that info when signing up), thus I cant get oral semiglutide. And for the 2nd appt my height and weight also precluded phentermine (Ht & Wt were also entered on my intake form. I was charged for both appts even though Igot denied during my live consults. Before you use the service, call customer service and ask if the thing you want is available in california and if your ht and wt exclude you from eligibility. Huge waste of time and money!!!

I recently went through their intake process. They asked for credit card info about halfway through, charged the card, and then asked a few more questions and told me I wasn't eligible. No reason they couldn't have completed their questionnaire before charging my card, and I had to call customer service to get the charge reversed.

cannot access my account, all support agents give the same canned response to use the forgot password link. I use the link and no email is received. In the first 2 attempts I received an email but when resetting password the website gave me an error, now when I request to reset password I get no email at all and no support agent has looked into it and gotten back to me like they said they would. Have emailed multiple times and called.

The person I spoke with denied me even though my own physician approved me. There’s no reason why I should be denied trying this.

Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases that may mean not prescribing, or electing not to continue prescribing, medication. However, we never want our clients to feel like they've received less than complete respect, and we take this feedback seriously.

My act. Was charged 12/23 My apt. Was 12/28 Today is 12/30 Nothing in the portal as far as delivery. Really shouldn’t charge someone’s act. Until the Med was shipped.

Thank you for you review. We always charge at the time of sign up, for a number of reasons. As a telehealth service, it's an additional component for both ID and age verification. We also find that potential clients are more likely to attend their appointments if they have paid for the opportunity to speak with a clinician. We have a 30 days from sign up, no questions asked, full refund policy, so there is no financial risk in paying up front if you change your mind.
