Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases, that may mean not prescribing medication. Any client that is not eligible, is refunded the initial payment. It's important to note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on the banking system.
