The wrong form was sent and therefore the wrong physician was assigned and I have yet to hear from anyone.

I was told I would get an expedited order within a few days. It has been 6 days and it is still at Fed ex. This is not expedited.

Thank you for your review. Henry Meds relies on a number of established, vetted by us, compounding pharmacies. When we ask them to expedite an order they do their best to accommodate our requests. We are just coming off the xmas and new years holidays and that is also contributing to delays. (909) 787-2342 is the best option to get an immediate status update for any client.

I was put on phenterimine before and could tell within 30 minutes that it was kicking in. What they Give you is compounded and just doesn't work. I wish I would have known this.

Terrible customer service. Sends threatening emails cancelling appointments with short notice.. never got to actually use their service. And refunds take forever. They take money quick.. but 7 days to return.

It seems I’m not fat enough, even though I’m above my weight. Way above. I was told to deal w a dietitian or nutritionist. If that worked , you wouldn’t have many clients. Your questions asked about how much weight I was looking for. Told me o was qualified. Set up an online meeting. And was told I wasn’t qualified. Your company is confusing and unhelpful.

Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases that may mean not prescribing medication. However, we never want our clients to feel like they've received less than complete respect, and we take this feedback seriously. Terrible service, took my payment, had to reschedule 3 times for one thing or another, sat on the phone for each visit for 30 plus minutes, did not reach out to me to clarify said issues. I finally gave up and demanded a refund. Still waiting on the refund. No communication at all. I haven’t had a worse experience, I’ve shared my complaints with all who will listen.
