I never got any help
I never got any help. The Dr appt got cancelled because they said I didn’t complete the paperwork. I did everything that was asked. I got an email saying I needed to do more paperwork. I filled it out over 20 times and at the end it would just keep scrolling. I called 5 times and could never get an answer or call back. Then the email said they were too busy to respond to my email. They still have my $247 and no one will answer me back to get a full refund.

False expectations on timing
I was told I’d get the meds within one week. I update and no meds. Disappointing.

I answered the medical screening what meds I currently took so they could have let me know prior to the appointment that I was not a candidate for the program. It would have saved both parties valuable time.

Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases that may mean not prescribing, or electing not to continue prescribing, medication. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced.

Not happy to pay in advance for something that I am not sure I want.

Thank you for your review. Payment is collected upon sign up in order to reserve your appointment time with one of our clinicians. This payment schedule allows us to process subsequent refills in time to ensure no lapse in your treatment plan for the duration of your subscription as well. If you are denied treatment at your initial appointment, your payment is fully refundable. We also have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of signing up, you can cancel for a full refund.

Horrible experience!…
I was so excited tha I found an”ozempic” I could afford but once I went up to the higher dose at week 5 I had Horrible side effects Huge neck spasms, headaches, very bad water on the brain feeling This is a compound pharmacy and apparently not as clean as Ozempic production Horrible experience Do not try this cheaper version!

They denied me from having semaglutide…
They denied me from having semaglutide and the provider totally brushed off my concerns and the whole apt must’ve been 2 minutes.

To date it’s been Three days after my…
To date it’s been Three days after my appointment and my prescription has still not been filled with no update on delivery or even an update in general. Yet they collected payment for the consult and prescription. Will not be recommending this experience to others
