There’s a lot of info given on the first visit, and it goes really fast. Hoping some of the info is in my package! Otherwise, it was very informative and helpful. I feel I have a supportive partner in the journey.

Courteous and helpful staff
Persons with Customer Service are timely in responding and seem knowledgeable of what is needed. The Medical Personnel that I have met with on-line have been professional, courteous and share helpful advice. My only concern is that I have not heard from anyone since I've been told that my request has been approved and it has been over a week. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Informative provider and quick consultation. Got medication prescribed and shipped fast. I do wish the provider explained his role and the process better and gave more overview to medication options.
