Meeting with the medical personnel was a positive experience on 4/9 and have not received medication 14 days later. I was the of 3-5 days.

I feel the consultations are “generic”…
I feel the consultations are “generic” and almost like they are reading a script. I am not getting results and they cannot help me figure out why based on my conditions. They just shared what is supposed to happen and offer to change medications.

Medication does not ship quickly
Super fast getting an appointment, and the healthcare provider was great. It has been over 1 week since the appointment, and the medication has not even been filled or shipped yet. Do not expect your medication quickly.

Ridiculous Rx waiting time
The appointment was fine a directly to the point. But my appointment was 4/02 and it's now 4/14 and my Rx still hasn't even been processed or shipped.

Good Drs and Virtual Appointments but service shakey.
When doing my homework before buying medication online, Customer service answered my pharmacy questions wrong. Dr and Virtual appointment was excellent. Delivery of meds poor. Tracking process was poor. Dates were inaccurate and kept changing. delivered late and meds were out of temperature upon delivery. Hot. Customer service at pharmacy couldnt answer my question about storage of product since it’s arrived hot, or if it was still safe to use. Took 2 days before anyone at Henry meds contacted me as to how to handle. I got lucky my decision to put it in fridge that night and get it back to temp was the right decision.
