Disappointed in the refill process. They said they’d be shipped when prescription ran out. Still waiting got last prescription April 1 it’s now May 8 but money gets taken out. 3 times now.

The price per vial of 20 unit weekly injections is $297. The price per vial of 40 unit weekly injections is $397. That is twice as much medicine for only $100 more. I wanted to purchase the $397 option and it would last me twice as long at my 20 unit dose. Not only did the NP tell me that was impossible, she ridiculed me and said my logic made no sense.

Products work, good quality. Horrible customer support. the moment you need to change something and deal with customer support, it will become a nightmare. emails back and forth for a week and nothing is clear. Different customer agents will provide a different status for your request. I am cancelling my subscription.

Not losing any weight? I am eating less and exercising and not losing weight? For all the cost you would think I would at least lose a little weight, but nope the 8lbs I lost in the past 10 weeks just keeps coming and going! My weight is up 2 lbs down 3 lbs back up 2 lbs. I've never lost over 8 lbs and most of the time my scale reads you've lost 6 lbs - really. Now if I want to move to the oral mg it's another $100.00 per month they told me = OMG like I don't have any money lefts WTF!

My first month went great, got my initial appt quickly, was approved for meds and received them quickly. However, I have been out of meds now for 14 days. Every time I reach out I’m told “the pharmacy is processing the order” and that there are delays. So apparently it takes 14+ days to process a refill? More actually, since you are supposed to process a refill such that the customer receives their refill before their current prescription is gone. And they definitely billed me for the refill 18 days ago. Customer service has been responsive, and I did receive a $50 credit to my next order, but I would rather have the prescription I was approved for and signed a 6-month subscription package for. Not pleased. Especially considering if I ever do get the refill, what guarantee do I have the same thing won’t happen next month? 5/2/25: 15 days no meds 5/3/25: 16 days no meds 5/4/25: 17 days no meds 5/5/25: 18 days no meds 5/7/25: 20 days no meds
