I love the suede belted jacket. The suede is soft and great quality. The color “sand” is lovely.

Reached out to the customer service team in regards to an item no longer on the site that I was eyeing. Enoch was so quick to respond has exceeded all expectations and contacted production and to my luck it was being restocked, I ended up purchasing all in within hours. So happy! Also to note, I have a jacket from this brand already and it’s amazing quality and fit. 100% recommend this brand and thank you for the amazing service.

I recently bought a leather jacket from hemi blurr and I could not be happier. The cut, colour, size and material was just as advertised. I also bought a skirt which unfortunately smaller than expected. I got a quck reply back from customer service. Enoch was helpful and polite. She gave me the option to return and what this would cost or to keep the item and get a gift card. I opted for the latter as I'm already eyeing other items from this brand. Delivery took a while but it was qorth the wait.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad the jacket was exactly what you were hoping for, and we’re also pleased our team could offer a clear solution when the skirt fit differently than expected. We’ll pass your kind words on to our customer care team. We know delivery can sometimes take a little longer for international orders, and we truly appreciate your patience. We hope the gift card makes choosing your next piece even easier. Kind regards, Hemi Blurr

I needed to return 2 items; I’m assuming being in the United States the return would be complicated so they offered me a gift certificate for the amount I paid. Very easy

I recently made my first purchase on Hemiblurr and, although the item was beautiful and the packaging was solid and premium, the fit runs very oversized. Since I didn’t realize this beforehand, the coat turned out to be too big for me. The shipping process was great: they use DHL, which I highly appreciated because it allows you to select your preferred delivery day. When I initiated the return process, I was offered the "Green Return" option. The entire process was handled incredibly fast, smoothly, and with the utmost professionalism.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your first experience with us. We’re sorry the fit wasn’t quite right for you. Some of our coats are designed with a more oversized silhouette, and we appreciate you pointing out that this wasn’t fully clear before ordering. We’ll keep working on making fit guidance easier to understand. It’s great to hear that the delivery and return process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. We’ll continue improving both the product information and after-sales experience so everything feels clearer and easier next time. If you ever need help with sizing before your next order, our customer service team will be happy to assist. Kind regards, Hemi Blurr
