Incredibly pointless and a waste of money.

I turned to Wisp when I was unable to access my regular provider due to being on vacation. What an immense relief! My experience was flawless. It's clear that the team behind Wisp-- the whole team, from the UX folks to the actual prescriber to the copywriter who wrote the marketing emails-- takes their mission seriously.

You’re basically paying for the prescription and if you pick up the medication at your local pharmacy, that’s another separate charge. I have insurance and they said it wasn’t covered through that service. Wasn’t worth it for me! I’ll take the loss though, ended up paying more than purchasing the emergency contraceptive over the counter.

Overpriced, just use a regular telemedicine app. I had a BV and needed a prescription, I decided to give Wisp a try and was told the price was $108 plus whatever the pharmacy charged for the medication. I refused and went with a telehealth provider. I actually had a phone conversation with the doctor and the consultation fee was $35. At the pharmacy I paid another $40 for the prescription, and it could’ve been even less if they had the generic.

Very pleased with service and response. Website questionnaire helped to identify need. Response from doctor was within an hour and prescription available at the local pharmacy within 4 hours. Very pleased with response and follow-up.
