Other than the expense, it was super easy. I had no issues; everything was straight forward and explained really well.

Please don’t hesitate to seek treatment with Wisp. I’m a registered nurse and needed medication for a UTI and my doctor was unavailable. His entire group was unavailable over a weekend. I was instructed to go to an urgent care center I was unfamiliar with. I called two Urgent Care Centers and they were backed up. My colleague, another RN told me about Wisp. I was treated professionally and correctly in less than 30 minutes and had a prescription sent to my drug store of choice.

This was so quick, easy, convenient and private! And affordable! I was able to communicate with a doctor on a Sunday and have medication ready to pick up on Monday! If I lived in a more urban setting, I would have had my meds Sunday night, but that is a geographic issue not a WISP issue.

Easy and fast! A great experience overall! Really helped me when I needed an Rx while on vacation. So thankful!

I loved how simple and fast it was to get the medication I needed. Happy to finally have resources where doctors trust that you know your body and listen to what you want.

I used to think so very highly of this company and used to recommend them to all my friends but I’m pretty appalled at how things have changed. When I first signed up, I was getting my prescriptions sent straight to my door every three months for $15, and was more than happy to have found something that makes it so easy and affordable to get what I need without having to put much thought or effort in, but when one of my packages went missing, everything took a complete turn. I contacted the team to let them know my package had not shown up, to which I was told, there was in error in the system and I was not supposed to be receiving my medication for the price I was paying, and if I wanted to continue having it sent via mail, I would have to pay more than 3x what I was originally paying, or could have it sent to a pharmacy to pick up in person, so naturally, I chose the latter. Unfortunately, the pharmacy I had on file is not at all close to where I live (I moved since first signing up) and I could not find any way to change it, so I had to call in to change locations, not a big deal, but a bit frustrating. Once at the pharmacy, I was expected to pay over $200 for my prescription since I don’t have insurance, and the discount card provided by wisp only brought the cost down $5. I declined taking the prescription and will now be moving on to another online provider. I’m absolutely shocked and heartbroken at how things turned out after having such a positive experience for nearly two years with wisp, but I would not recommend them at all after this fiasco.
