Super easy to sign up. My pharmacy ended up not having the initial medication (shortage). I emailed support and they quickly changed it out and within 24 hrs I had my prescription (2) days total between my initial prescription and the substitute. The only thing I would like is to have more information about the medication when given the medication options. I really appreciate this service and it worked really well.

Your company’s very confusing. Why pay $22 when i still had to pay another $60 at the store? I’m very dissatisfied

I am so thankful that I have access to take control of my health. It can be challenging to get to the Doctors and sometimes it's even harder to advocate for yourself. Wisp empowered me to have the ability to take care of myself!

So far the only thing I don’t like is that I don’t get notifications anyplace but my messages in my account. This has delayed a prescription I’ve been waiting for. Otherwise, service is good, packaging is efficient and discreet, website is user friendly. So convenient!
