The orders take FOREVER to ship!!! This is a great service and customer service answers inquiries pretty fast and efficiently BUT… when you place your order it often takes over a week (7 days) or more before it is even shipped, even though they charge you immediately after your order. Amazon is now offering pretty much the same service to get antivirals, uti meds and many others with doctors and everything. I’m sure they won’t be taking forever to get those orders out! So if you order with wisp, you could be looking at 2 weeks easy, before you even receive your order. SMH. I’d like to continue ordering from them but I’m now researching other options like Amazon to get my antiviral meds, because the wait time here is ridiculous!!! It’s a shame that such a great service could start loosing good regular customers… severely reducing the quality of their services due to such super slow processing and delivery of their orders.
