I don't understand how this company has such a high rating. I took a questionaire and was charged $65.00 for UTI antibiotics immediately after the questionaire. 3 hours later, I got a message from a doctor saying that they cannot prescribe antibiotics to me because of an answer I wrote in the questionaire. I will be refunded in 5-10 days. SERIOUSLY? It took them 2 seconds to charge me and now I need to wait 5-10 days for my money back? I highly recommend lemonaid health if you need a prescription. They charged me $25 for a doctor visit, and the best part of it is.. they didn't charge me until the doctor confirmed that they can help me! Immediately after my questionaire on lemonaid, I got a message saying that based on my answers a lemonaid doctor is most likely able to help me. For a fraction of the cost that Wisp charged me. Another thing I did not like about Wisp is that they kept trying to upsell me during my interview. Even tried to sell me lube?? Hello! I have a UTI! I don't want to have intercourse right now.

They take your money before deciding if you get the prescription or not then when they decide you don’t get the prescription you have to wait at least a week for the refund so you’re just out of money that could be used to get the medicine you need.

Fast shipping, good response time and great product

Terrible experience beginning to end. Firstly they dosage doesn't match the prescription I've had for over 20 years now. Second they only sent me ONE dose... I paid the same amount for 5 pills that I could have paid 30 for at any pharmacy. I wasn't refunded for the false advertising, don't give this company your money.

Simple Easy. Affordable. Avoid taking time to make an appointment with your doctor, skip the trip to the pharmacy. Best service ever. 2nd time I’ve used HelloWisp.
