Wisp offers healthcare that is necessary and essential in preventing unplanned pregnancy and they helped me get Plan B if I ever need it at a MUCH more affordable price. Sometimes emergency contraception is so expensive you debate if you should even take the medicine and just roll the dice and hope you don’t get pregnant, and that’s a scary thing for someone not ready for children yet! Wisp helped me take care of this so I don’t need to worry if I ever feel like there was a slip up in bed and I need to be prepared :)

If you know what you need per a previous experience, I definitely recommend looking at what this site has to offer. The request for assistance on this site is effortless and I was able to go pick up my prescription the SAME DAY (within just a few hours). Wisp, thank you for being available in a time of need!!

ABSOLUTELY awful company. Paid $90+ for Wispcare and got prescribed an antibiotic I've never been on, had an allergic reaction to that medication, messaged the medical team (the prescribing doctor stated in the initial message AND I QUOTE: "If you have any medical questions, please respond directly to this message and someone from our Care Team will get back to you within 3 hours") detailed information and photos of my reaction (very bad hives) and sent MANY updates of the reaction getting worse despite taking OTC Benadryl (a total of 5 updates in that message thread) AS WELL as starting a new URGENT consult with the medical team. It has since been almost 24 hours from the initial time I reached out about the allergic reaction and still have yet to hear from a medical professional. I will be seeking care from a local Urgent Care first thing in the morning. I have also reached out to the company's 'customer support' over 7 times throughout the course of this fiasco and keep getting the same generic 'we've reached out to the doctors to respond to your consult' response. Thank goodness this wasn't a life-threatening emergency. This situation is literally patient abandonment. Do better. Update (3-15): Still, have received no care from my 'urgent' wispcare visit (paid) or even a response acknowledging they received my messages, photos, and medical forms. I took a survey sent by their customer service department explaining my experience and they were very quick to CANCEL my appointment/account without asking or telling me they were doing so. I just get sent several emails about the cancelation of my account but no response from customer service (or the medical team) and no refund.
