My experience with Wisp has been great. The process of signing up was easy as well getting the product the same day using the pharmacy of my choice. I was able to pick up the prescription less than two hours after signing up, answering the questionnaire and having it reviewed by a doctor and sent in to the pharmacy. I will continue to use wisp and recommend it to my female friends as well.

I’ve gotten UTI’s in the past and going to urgent care and clinics was always exhausting and time consuming, especially when they wanted to perform an exam for clarification other than a urine sample. I completed the survey and verified my symptoms and my recommended medication was ready the next day. I also received preventative medication as well. This was an amazing experience and I'm already feeling better. I recommend this company to anyone.

Seamless and easy

I’m very uncomfortable with the experience I had today with Marie L on 4/5/2023 @12:55pm EST. How is it that I was told my order was cancelled and that I’d need to be seen in person due to having had cancer in the past, and that I should discontinue all estrogen products… when I never informed Wisp that I had cancer, let alone what kind. “Your doctor has noted a history of cancer, you should probably discontinue products and refer to be seen in person.” What notes? When I asked which doctor said that, I was given an automated response that did not answer my worrisome inquiry and made me even more uncomfortable that I wasn’t given this information about MY doctors regarding MY medical history. HIPPA violation? Not sure but not informing me who you got that from is disconcerting. Also, are your representatives supposed to give out their own medical opinions? I’m looking into possible legal guidance/advice regarding this because that’s very suspicious. I cancelled my subscription immediately. -edit update- I have screenshots of the conversation since you lied about emailing me a copy of the transcript. Also not sure why it won’t keep the date of the incident I selected. This occurred on 4/5/2023 @12:55pm est.

Absolutely Amazing. WISP saved my life. No more hassles at doctor’s offices or urgent cares. I got what I needed with same day pick up within a couple of hours. My symptoms went away IMMEDIATELY with the first dose. Just awesome.
