Wisp is advertising these product as same day treatment. I ordered mines two weeks ago and they still can't give me a timeline on when it will be available to SHIP. They must pick and choose who receives their products because I can only get something if I choose pick up, which is impossible due to it not being an option. My friend has no problem receiving hers. It seems to me that they are just recycling money from false orders to fund their business. The OMG Cream & Harmonizing Lube add on that their advertising as available same day, isn't in stock. I suggest you don't waste your time allowing someone else to hold your money for 20 days for a product you were never going to receive in the first place. Something is wrong with their pharmacy or delivery service so their experiencing delays supposedly. I saw the warning but I also saw "same day treatment" and "in stock" . What takes precedent? Usually companies offer a solution or tracking for the situation but they seem totally clueless on where the product is even at or if its in stock, or how long it will take to even ship or be there, or here, or anywhere. The only thing they offer their customers of my position are refund options that may take longer to get to you "depending on your bank". They seem like they want to help but clearly they just send the same message when it comes to inability to deliver on something they are selling. Its unprofessional. I'm so underwhelmed because I was really looking forward to trying it. Highly disappointed in the company that claims to get prescription medication to you faster. When I actually had to pick up a prescription I had to go to another pharmacy another time because the pharmacy didn't have it. I have been reaching out different times to receive a resolution or answers for my missing items from the order but with no tracking is given. No resolution as of May 2, 2023 which is the last date I contacted hello wisp administrator for answers on my order. Also something keeps editing the date of my review to a different date which is concerning as well.

my medication was always prescribed straight to my pharmacy or mailed within three days privately. They are very fast and efficient, but yet very professional. I would recommend them to my whole family and friends, giving them a 10 out of 10.
