I love hello wisp but I ordered my medication for acne exactly two weeks ago , and I still haven’t got it, normally they are fast about getting orders out but for some reason I haven’t received anything yet, I been breaking out soo bad and I can even get something I’ve paid for. I don’t think I’ll shop with hello wisp again

I needed emergency medication for a UTI that hit hard late at night and I took to the internet to find something immediately. Through Google and Reddit I heard of Wisp and immediately started the process. The time estimate to get a prescription was a couple hours which scared me because the pharmacy was closing but they approved and sent the prescription in less than 30 minutes and picked it up that same night. Fantastic and highly recommend!!

It was the weekend so my Doc was not in the office obvi. But my trusted Wisp Doc is always in thee office! I love Wisp so much!!!

I have been waiting for my order since April 12.. OVER a month now and it has not been shipped. It is not even on the way. First experience here and VERY disappointed. I sent an email and all they said was sorry we will send delayed orders out in the next MONTH. That’s ridiculous! Two months I will have been waiting for my order.

It was quick and flawless when that’s exactly what we needed in that moment.

I love that Wisp makes women’s healthcare so much easier & so much more accessible. I love the idea that especially younger women who may not feel comfortable asking questions face to face have this option available. The process is thorough, easy to maneuver, and a massive time saver. A must use for every woman.

This service was so easy to use and very helpful. I needed medication asap and they were very helpful and prompt. I do not have a doctor currently so this made it so convenient. Not to mention if I did I would have to loose money and take time off of work and and pay a copay just so the doctor could confirm what I already knew what was wrong with my woman parts. Us girls usually know and don’t need clarification of yes it’s a uti. Staff was quick to answer any of questions of concerns. Was able to get my script in 2 hours. I will def use this service again.

Awful! Don’t waste your time or money. I placed an order on 4/13/23 and STILL haven’t received my order. It says still awaiting delivery pickup. I’ve emailed about this twice now, but still no product.
