It's been over 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I emailed 3 times, and only received one reply saying there was issues w the pharmacy company you use and I will get an email with shpg information. Still waiting no order received it's been almost 3 weeks, horrible company and customer service esp when someone needs the medication STAT. Please advise updated response.....I have contacted you via email 3 times and no one has responded. Refund my payment please. Thank you. 6/5/23

I ended up paying so much more than a doc visit. They keep adding fees and unnecessary items to my list of meds. I needed an antibiotic. It was sent with a $30 fee for quarterly service, $65 fee for the script? And a $2.00 fee for my co pay. I don’t understand the $65 fee???

I couldn’t get into my regular doctor. Wisp save me a trip to the emergency room or a walk-in clinic. I really appreciate them being available. I would most definitely use Wisp again.

Having abnormal menstrual cycles after taking the period delay pill. The pill worked for the time frame I needed to pause my menstrual cycle but I am now experiencing some issues with the frequencies of my periods( twice a month or more). The response from Wisp team was to contact my doctor and that was all the advice I got.

I woke up at 4am yesterday with a terrible UTI. I couldn't contact my doctors at that hour, nor did I have the energy to drive 35 mins to the nearest ER. I did a quick google search for UTI meds and found Wisp. I filled out their form on my phone, and in just a few hours I was picking up my prescription from the pharmacy! The entire Wisp process was quick and smooth. And I very much appreciate that the site interface is clear and easy to navigate while experiencing a nightmare UTI. Highly, highly recommend.

I was extremely skeptical at first, but I have to say. I am impressed and thankful. After a quick quiz, I got my results and within 6 hours, my medicine was sent to my pharmacy. The only negative comment I have is that my pharmacy denied Wisp’s RX Card because there is no memberID number on the card. Either way, overall great experience!
