I was out of town on a very important work trip, far from my home state. Lo and behold, I felt and saw the usual symptoms of a notorious urinary tract infection. Worst.timing.ever. Cue the panic. It was 10pm and I was miserable and in pain. Urgent cares were closed. Wisp saved me. Requested the prescription and it was sent to a 24 hour pharmacy of my choosing in less than an hour. I will be a life long customer. I don’t know what I would’ve done without it.

It was so easy and and quick and affordable to get my treatment medication for a UTI! With a UTI, Time matters!

I’ve used wisp before in the past and had no problems until today. I have a bad uti and I don’t have time to go to the doctors office so ofc I decided to use wisp. Take the symptom test and it tells me I have a uti. Get to payment and now waiting just for the doc to say I need to go in person for treatment?!?! What the heck? I already payed . Will I get my money back? I sent the doc a message… no response. I emailed the support team . No response. All I needed was my treatment not this nonsense. Very disappointed

I was feeling awful and I needed relief. I did a quick search on Google and find Wisp. Everything was quick and effortless. Picked up my prescription at CVS a few hours later.

I was prescribed norethindrone as my main birth control , and it doesn't stop my periods. Are there two different types of norethindrone? Is this one the same as the birth control?

My doctor had moved to a new hospital and is not situated yet. When this health issue came up i was very concerned that i would not find help. WISP made it very easy to get the help i needed.

Their customer service is fantastic! I was pretty bummed that the OMG Cream wasn't something that worked for me (the peppermint was strong, but not painful, and blood flow was increased but sensitivity was diminished). I hope the cream works for you! But if it doesn't, their customer service will take care of you.

Wisp promises to deliver meds to your door in 3-5 days. In my experience I waited a week and had to contact them to reorder my meds. The meds then got delivered to the post office instead of my door on a Friday and were closed for the weekend. I then asked for them to be delivered to my pharmacy at which point they informed me I'd likely have to pay another copay. When I asked to be reimbursed for this, they refused. Not helpful, and not as advertised. I'm sure there are other service out there and I'd use them instead!
