It’s been 4 days since the consultation and my prescription hasn’t reached the pharmacy, I used this method as an emergency, but it’s been so long that it’s easier to go to an emergency clinic.

Would like to provide an update — I was able to get in contact with customer service, and they were able to satisfy my needs. They were professional, caring, and tried their best to correct their mistake. I will have to give them a five star for correcting their mistake. Worst experience ever. You’re not actually paying for medication, you’re paying for a consultation that consists of answering questions, and that’s very misleading. There is no clear refund policy, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. You’re honestly better off going to your doctor and getting a prescription directly instead of paying just to answer questions and wait hours for responses. There’s no real-time communication or phone support, which made everything feel impersonal and inconvenient. I will never use Wisp again.

Payed and still had to pay more at the store to pickup my prescription and was only prescribed 4 pills for over 100+$$ after spending to pickup prescription process was easy but felt like I got scammed
