A bit cumbersome to navigate on your phone and you have to pay attention because you have to respond quite often to questions or inquiries. But, other than that (and I would know better how to navigate the next time I might need to use it) I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy Wisp was to use - even for a first-timer!
